Caught several spots and heads between 2 and 3 lbs. and many of the little dinks. Most caught on edge of grass in 2 to 4 foot of water. Fish still chasing shad in the afternoon and if you can cast into them you will get hit or catch a fish. I did catch a 11 lb stripe in about 2 foot of water feeding on the shad in the head of a small creek. There were several more in the area but they spooked when I caught mine. Didn't think I was going to land her as I had about 2 or 3 lbs moss tangled on the line. Sure got the old heart pumping.
