After a brutal morning at Lake Michigan today me and some friends (Krs93), (DamianD) decided to go for a mid-day trip up to Beck Lake. The day started off pretty slow, catching only panfish using a mini-mite tipped with a powerbait crappie nibble. Then I switched to a lizard, then a spinnerbait with no success. I just wanted to go for bigger panfish from there on out and I did, but I started talking to a guy on a boat who gave me some really great tips for these bass and it worked. I started using a plastic worm and to my surprise the Bass went absolutely nuts for it and i caught 3 in a matter of 30 minutes while we were walking back to the car to leave. The day ended with 4 total largemouth (3 dinks and one nice 15in. 1.5-2 lbs), a ton of panfish, and one 19in. Northern Pike that (DamianD) caught
